Can I return/exchange my product?
At Dude’s Love, we care a lot about our packaging and shipping process. We ensure the products are safe and unopened before packing it and shipping it to you. Hence, we do not allow any return or exchanges of the product.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your feedback and we will try our best to assist you.
What is the estimated delivery time for the order?
You can expect your delivery by 4 working days once the order is placed. There may be a few discrepancies in this schedule based on the shipping location (remote locations) and/or any other uncontrollable situations. You will be informed via mail under such circumstances.
When can I cancel my order? And will I be receiving a refund?
You can cancel the order before it reaches to your location. A refund will be issued to the same account from where the order has been placed. If a product has been received and accepted, then it is not eligible for a refund.
Do you deliver to all the cities in USA?
Yes, currently we are delivering to majority of the cities in USA. There may be a delay in the delivery time if the order is placed from a remote city/town.
Whom should I contact to change the shipping address once the order I placed?
You can write to us at email@example.com mentioning the updated address and the order number.
Can I add more than one shipping address in the same order?
Sorry, right now you cannot do that. You will have to raise multiple orders for the different shipping addresses.
